Brief History
Capital started its business in 1972 as a partnership concern. In
1975 it converted into a Private Limited Company. Capital started
business with Adidas in 1975. Initially, printed cut panels, received
from Adidas, were stitched and shipped back. After few years, Capital
started producing complete balls for Adidas. Our successful business corporation with Adidas is containing since then, moreover, during this period some other famous sports
brands has also been added in our customer portfolio. From the day one,
Capital focused on production of quality balls and now have established
recognition as a top quality sport balls producer who has the highest
number of FIFA Quality & FIFA Quality Pro models in its product
portfolio.
Our entire production is 100%
Child Labor free. Our annual production capacity is 2.4 million
balls. Currently, we are producing 1.0 million balls per annum.
We follow all local as well as international law obligations
regarding child labor, forced labor, non-discrimination,
non-harassment, right of association, fair wages & benefits,
workers health & safety, environment, etc.
Diversification
In 2004 Capital started sports wears division which is producing good
quality customized dyed and sublimated shirts, shorts, training suits,
coach jackets, rain jackets, track suits, sports bags, socks. We started as a Hand Stitched Ball producing company but now we produce balls with technologies including Hand stitched, Machine stitched, Tritech(Hybrid) and Thermo Bounded . In 2010, Capital Sports established a shoe
manufacturing unit which is equipped with latest machinery, modern
R&D facility and the expertise of highly skilled and experienced
shoe technicians who also got the opportunity to get advanced training
from an Italian shoe expert. Currently, we are producing soccer and
other sports shoes in this unit whereas it is capable of producing any
sort of gents, ladies and kids shoes whether sports or casual.Besides these we have most modern Cap making facility. We are also producing modern Sports Bags for all kind of major sports.
