From the day one, Capital built its infrastructure on ethical and moral principles and has always tried to discharge all of its social responsibilities as a company. It is ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and OHSAS-18001 certified and C-TPAT Compliant. Company is also implementing a comprehensive program relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Fair Labor Practices since 1999 which covers Child Labor, Forced Labor, Fair Wages, Non Discrimination, Non Harassment, Right of Association, Environment, Community Involvement, etc. and this program is internally monitored by company’s compliance staff as well as by the inspectors from Adidas, our major customer. Our factory is also audited on annual basis by adidas SEA and other departments to evaluate our performance in respect of social compliances, health & safety, environmental compliances, C-TPAT , Lean (continuous improvement) Program, etc. The results of some of the above audits are also uploaded to the website of FFC (Fair Factories Clearing House) for the information of all stake holders and also the competitors
